In Layout find the top 3 Add Widgets for the theme sidebar. Include the desired widget accordingly.

To change the tabbed link, go to Template > Edit HTML > click expand widgets > press Ctrl + F4 > enter " tabs widget " (without quote) for keyword search  You will find a piece of code snippet like so:-
